Digestive Harmony is inspired by the 8 herbs found in Preserve Harmony Decoction (Bao He Wan), a popular formula that has been used throughout the Chinese herbal medicine community for hundreds of years. Because like all of our formulas, Digestive Harmony is born in nature, not in a lab, and carries the herbal heritage that remains powerful still to this day.

The Herbs

Hawthorn Berry (fruit)/Shan Zha

These bursting, red berries are often taken to move digestion forward by promoting the flow of blood and energy (Qi) throughout the digestive system.

Pinellia (stem)/Ban Xia

Ivory white and mushroom-like in appearance, Pinellia Rhizome is commonly used to bring harmony to an unhappy stomach and strengthen digestion when your stomach needs it.

Massa Fermentata/Shen Qu

Sprouted Barley (fruit)/Mai Ya

Poria (fungus)/Fu Ling
